COMMON QUESTIONS
FAQ
Can I upload my own image?
Yes — upload a photo, logo or your own artwork, then position it exactly how you want it inside the print area.
Which image formats are supported?
JPG, PNG and WebP. The maximum file size is shown on the product page, and larger images print sharper.
Which size should I choose?
It depends on your desk and how you work. Each size shows exact dimensions on the product page — measuring your space first is the easiest way to decide.
Are custom products returnable?
Personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size/image selected at checkout. If something arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we will make it right — see our Refund Policy.
Can I use a copyrighted image?
Only upload images you own or have permission to use — see our Intellectual Property Policy.
