These terms govern your use of lulumera.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Using This Site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
2. Customized Products
Products sold on this site are printed with artwork that you choose or upload. You are responsible for the content you submit. By uploading an image you confirm that you own it or have the necessary permission to reproduce it. See our Intellectual Property Policy and our Custom Product Policy.
3. Orders and Payment
- Prices and available sizes are shown on the product page at the time of your order.
- Payment is processed at checkout by our payment provider. Your order is not accepted until payment is confirmed.
- We may cancel an order and refund you in full if we cannot fulfil it — for example, if an uploaded image appears to infringe another party’s rights, or if the order cannot be produced as submitted.
- Sales tax and shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Artwork Review
Every customized order is reviewed by a person before printing. If we find a problem with your artwork — for example, a very low-resolution file or artwork that runs off the printable area — we will contact you before production. Production begins only after review.
5. Product Information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including dimensions for each size. Colors can appear differently from screen to screen, so a printed result may vary slightly from what you see on your display.
6. Returns and Refunds
Personalized items are made specifically for you, so our return policy differs from standard retail. Please read the Refund Policy before ordering. In short: defects, production errors and shipping damage are covered — a change of mind or an incorrect size/image chosen at checkout is not.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including our design library, text, and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You keep ownership of the images you upload. See the Intellectual Property Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order governs that order.
