Lulumera (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells customized mouse pads and desk mats through lulumera.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Order information: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number where provided, and order history.
Payment information: processed by our payment providers (for example Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Customization content: the designs you select, the images you upload, and the preview you create for your order — see “Your Uploaded Images” below.
Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, and pages viewed on our site.
Communications: messages you send us and our replies.

How We Use Information

To process, produce and ship your order, including reviewing your customized artwork before printing.
To provide customer support and respond to questions about an order.
To send transactional emails such as order confirmations, shipping updates and account notices.
To send marketing emails only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
To prevent fraud, secure the site, and detect abuse such as unauthorized uploads.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Your Uploaded Images

When you upload an image for a customized product, we store that image and the design preview generated from it so that we can produce your order and provide support afterwards. You keep ownership of your image — see our Intellectual Property Policy. We do not sell your images, and we do not use them in our marketing unless you give us permission. To request deletion of images associated with an order, contact us; we may retain records we are required to keep for tax, accounting or legal purposes.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent parts of the store (such as the shopping cart) from working correctly.

Sharing Information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the store: payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting and email providers, and analytics tools. They receive only what they need to perform their service. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We keep order records as long as needed to fulfil orders, provide support, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Uploaded artwork is kept for the same period unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
